DBC - I know! I had to wonder about his previous live Voivod experiences. Maybe people were standing around scowling, trying to be Grimmer and More Metal Than Thou, or acting all "been there, done that, impress me." Except it's VOIVOD -- you won't find that kind of a vibe at their gigs. Well, unless you bought all the tix in advance and handed them out to...idiots *lol*
Mezcalhead - You can find a recording of Ludicra's Bat Cave gig at Roadburn '11 here: http://www.roadburn.com/?p=14016
The only real problem at the fest this year was that the Bat Cave was way too small for certain bands, and Ludicra was definitely one of them. They would have been better suited to the Green Room, or even the Midi for that matter.
And an amusing review and complete euro tour report by Ludicra's Ross here:

(I really didn't need the mental picture of him performing a certain intimate act on Blacky, but who am I to judge how someone expresses their reverence )
Also, on another Ludicra note, thanks to the Roadburn fest I learned about drummer Aesop's blog, have you seen it? Wonderful place for rediscovering long-lost gems and finding new ones!
