I tried it at home and survived, so I thought it would be cool to spread the word to my favourite net fellows.A mate at "orkut.com" posted a way to download videos from youtube.com and convert them to ".mpg".
Follow these steps:
1. click on http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube.php ;
2. paste the link of the video you want;
3. click on the download button;
4) after a few moments, a "download link" button should appear. Right-click it and save the archive with a ".flv" extension;
5) download the Cinema Forge software here: http://www.download.com/CinemaForge/3000-2169_4-10410160.html to convert the “flv” archive to mpeg
6) just in case you don’t know how to manage Cinema Forge, watch this animation (it’s in Spanish, but easily understandable).

"Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it."
