This, my friends is one i know!!

The language is Belgium. And the host is laughing about the problems this man is talking about and the sound of his voice. The woman is handicapped after an operation.

I wonder how the station handled this. Is this some popular talk show host... Maybe he's the Jerry Springer of Belgium.
