I don't know exactly where in the U.S this band originated from ,but they were one of the most enjoyable odd-sounding bands ever to record an album. They put out only two(one on Boner Records-early 90's/2nd-called "Docudrama" on Kill Rock Stars-1996). They had a cloudy,manic-depressive grey sound with heavy,fractured drums,throbbing bass uglies,a guitarist who played like he had a couple of Voivod albums,and a female singer who could alternate between a lilting breeze and mental patient paranoia of a self-professed alien abductee. It was like weird weather-styled,heavy pop. They came once in 1993 or 94,played to about 13 fans(myself included). The first LP is called "Seraphim 280z"..check it out......
