it looks pretty much official (but... in case they're actually playing, don't tell me it's my fault if you missed them!)
I hope they tour in europe (as headliner) soon!

European Tour Update from Away
To the Iron Gang, We want to apologize to the European Voivodians for not going this year. Do not think that we are in hiatus! We are already deep into the writing of the next album. Being on Chophouse allows us to concentrate 100% on our music so we are determined to make a dark, intricate and twisted album. Of course it is way too early to predict a specific direction but let's say that we are already really excited about the next project. This year was fantastic, thanks to all our friends in USA, and we promise to make it to Europe as soon as we can. Voivod lives and Ozzy rules ! Away

Ok, thanks that is what i wanted to hear.
Now i know for sure.......I remember Voivod touring it's head off around 2000. I think i saw them about 4 times or so. Maybe coming back to Europa with the above mentioned album is way better than coming now with the (already) old album... Best regards to you Voivod and i'll stay tuned..... Paul
