and the such songs as "Rock Brigade" and "Wasted" still kick ass after all of these years! The album "High-n-Dry" rocks as well!!! Anyone share the same opinions? Or am I about to be BASHED to all bloody hell?

These 2 releases were considered to be part of the NWOBHM correct?

I saw those guys open up for Pat Travers (?) or someone on their first US tour;

-Pete Willis fell down drunk at least twice.
-they were pretty good for 16 year olds
-I bought the album soon after
-I almost broke it when I heard the intro to "Hello America"
-since then, I have neither loved nor hated the Def ones.

My brother used to listen to them alot, as well as all kinds of 80's hair and glam bands (Poison, Bullet Boys, Cinderella, Ratt, Bon Jovi, Winger, Warrant, GNR) but no Bang Tango or Faster Pussycat. I keep forgetting to ask him why not the latter two...maybe because they weren't on the radio.

High-n-Dry is cool.

I like all their stuff up to Pyromania. After that they began to suck dick in large quantities. Hysteria is one of the faggiest albums ever done.

Yep. Pour Some Sugar on Me made me want to vomit. Dogs of War was the only semi-decent song, and it never made it to the airwaves either.

ok ill have to admit too, although i was far from glamrock as i aged, but pyromaina was onea my first albums along with Quiet Riots-mental health. From there it was straight to Lynyrd Skynyrd and Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Jimmi Hendrix, Santana and the Moody Blues. ect... Ill give pyromania a salute for opening the door to rock&metal or music in general, but their releases after that were too glammy, that was 19or20yrs ago WOW!

Thanks to you older brother \m/ for making sure your little bro didnt turn into some poosey or something, started tuffing me up around the age of 8 and preconditioning with rock music

Queensryche & Dream Theatre are about the closest ive got to hairbands, oh and Dokken too

The first two were decent. PYROMANIA came out in between the time SCREAMING FOR VENGEANCE and PIECE OF MIND came out (& FLICK OF THE SWITCH) so I never paid it too much attention. Then came MELISSA and KILL EM ALL so I don't know whatever happened to the Leps. I heard a couple songs but they were crap.
