Orwell Rolls Over in His Grave: The Media Is Gone

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Excellent documentary argues the press is compromised, corporations and the government have effectively made newspapers, radio and TV appear like state run outlets as the case is in China.

Limbaugh essentially won, by attacking the ephemeral "liberal press" the TV and papers became so politicized that they were heavily slanted towards government perspectives and opinions.

Many progressive listeners of Air America and so forth mentioned this do have a listen if you haven't seen it. Watch and discuss!

Co-starring liberal hero, Michael Moore, this one is not to be missed....

These are the key words. AKA "corporations run the government". Sadly, there is not much change (so far) under Obama. The citizens are the only ones who can effectively change the current state of things, however more of us need to wake the fuck up & get involved:

INSTANT RUNOFF VOTING and CAMPAIGN FINANCE REFORM, as well as TURNING THESE INCUMBENT CORPORATE PUPPETS out on their collective ASSES are 3 factors high on the list of priorities.
