Recommended: Immolation - Shadows in the Light. (out now) Equal or better than Harnessing Ruin More classic Immolation death march blasting.Immolation - Hope and Horror (EP/DVD) (leaked) Three songs including instrumental. Immolation is the natural listening path for Voivod fans who prefer the heavier stuff. Vital Remains - Icons of Evil (out now) A must for hyper-blast fans. Superb Rutan production. Only complaint is that Dechristianize had more blasting per square inch. Rule: When choosing a drum beat, favor the blast. Defeated Sanity - Psalms of the Moribund (out now) quality death metal, plenty of blast. All different kinds of blasting too, not just hyper. Keep an eye out for new: Hour of Penance Nile Hate Eternal

<blast report>Hi, The new Nile has leaked. It has some good blasting. One or two brief mummy intros and then right to the death metal. At least one filler tracks to skip that is just chanty king tut drama. I only have 10 tracks so far, I will get the others tonight. Best tracks so far: 1. What Can Be Safely Written (long song blast/slam/doom/blast) 6. Laying Fire Upon Apep (good blast) 7. The Essential Salts (more good blast) blastbeat warfare planet crusher </blast report>
