Here, I have the league set up:

Most or all of the settings are adjustable.
If we can get at least a few more to join up, it will be worth it. I've been in the Prog Ears league for the last two seasons, and was amazed at how cool & enjoyable it was. I'll be back to explain it further when I have some time tomorrow night.

I got this message after following that link: "You are not allowed to view this page because you are not in this league. (Error #152)". Looks like I need a password or something to join the league.

Bummer. This would have been fun. I suppose starting a league is not possible after the NHL season has started?
