Just discovered this great band. Their album "Independent women are so damned good..." often sounds for me like a baby from NoMeansNo and Voivod (NothingFace). Somebody here knows more about them? Their internet presence seems to be very small. Only found this page where you can hear and download three mp3s from another album. I recommend "Bug on my bag" for first listening.

Do I hear the blower bass there? British Columbia?? Maybe Noitall knows them??

Good stuff. Heavy NoMeansNo influence. The vocalist even sounds like Andy Kerr.

Wow, yes a HUGE NoMeansNo influence, as well as the Victims Family (Hellworms), whom I love and everybody who likes this and NMN should.
By the way, NMN are touring again: NMN TOUR. Would love to head to the Montreal show. They tore it up in Portland and Tacoma last year. Those geezers know how to rock!
