Well that looks like an official promo release put out by the band, probably only for review, and certainly not for sale!

Usually bands will put a disclaimer on it saying just that: For promotional use only, not for sale"

Yeah, hopefully he gets his nuts in a grinder.

It's an illegal sale, even for an auction.
Just report the cd, and state that you wish to retract the bid.

Ebay's impractical setup as far as complaints are concerned makes it a pain but they do respond....
