The time changes irked me, and at the time
I wished it had stuck to a more punkish
simplicity.

I had been indoctrinated in anti-Reagan
politics since age 10, and the cartoons
in the Detroit Free Press of CIA going thru
the garbage of people opposed to U.S.
policy in Central America was still fresh
in my mind.

Chaosmongers was the ultimate political track
although I thought I understood it, I'm not
sure I did. The nightmare Reagan years of
spending billions on bombs for no reason seems like yesterday.

To me, Hatross was escapism from hopeless
years of Republicanism thru SciFi
