As excited I am about the new King Crimson and how I love the music I have heard so far, I'm not thrilled about Jakko's vocals, and will miss Belew's voice (and playing). The project that led to this new configuration of KC, that included Lakszyk, Fripp, Collins, Levin, & Harrison) who released "A Scarcity Of Miracles" pretty much bored me when I have listened to it. Belew's vocals and wordplay are definitely a featured a really enjoyed about what he contributed to Crimson and made them unique.
Of course I will still buy the cd, special limited cd with dvd in 5.1 surround surround sound, the vinyl, and whatever else gets released... LOLI decided to listen to the Scarcity Of Miracles again today, and Jakko's vocals just bore the hell out me. I hope if he is singing on the new Crimson, this isn't the style he will be using. Without Belew in the band (although he is touring a King Crimson Project band and they are amazing) I would have loved to hear Wetton sing in the band again, and lay down some of his badass bass lines. -------------------- yawn

Yeah man, I watched this a couple of weeks ago and it's fantastic. It's a shame that Jodorowsky effectively stopped making films after this failed effort. Such a grand approach too, it could have been amazing! I dunno if you've ever seen his film Holy Mountain, but it's fucking awesome!
