Any one else get this yet?
Well worth the wait, for sure.
Not a major departure from the last one, but definately on the same level, solid front-to-back and it gets better with each listen!

Neat seeing a VoiVod Quote in there too!

what was the Voivod quote?! i did notice their last album(i think?) had more of an 80s thrash feel to it than all their previous poppy-punk styled releases.

Excellent record. Definitely metal-tinged.

Chris from the band is a huge Voivod fan. He came to Toronto from Winnipeg to see them play at The Docks when they supported Motorhead along with Razor. He flew into Ontario the day after the first show with Snake and was bummed he didn't come a day earlier.

I was never a fan of their earlier "fun" type stuff, but this new album has a high potential to be enjoyed by voivod fans...... It's definately darker, more apocalyptic than the usual....

the quote's written out above the first song says
"What do you mean love is not all we need? . -Snake/Voivod"

They get better with every album ...Haven't picked this one up.

On the last album there were a bunch of lines they stole from Venom. "Live like an angel, die like a devil." ...and "Fuck this blessed trinity" come to mind
