I live in Seattle and will take a few days off of work to fly out to Quebec on Wednesday for Thursday morning's service. I am not familiar with the area in the slightest and do not have any knowledge of the French language. Basically, this trip is completely short notice and lacking any sort of preparation. The things I am most concerned about are finding out how how I would get to St-Dominique Church from Quebec International Airport in a timely and reliable fashion; and any information regarding safe hostels within the area. My return flight would be on Monday, so I will be in town for a little while.

I feel like I will be able to take care of myself for the most part, but what I am most concerned about is flying out there and having an unforseen problem occur that would prevent me from arriving at the church in time for Thursday's service and ceremonial. If you can offer any advice on these things please don't reply to this post but email me at cpj@unwisdom.org. I would really like to do this, but I am going to need some help.
