If you have seen that pop-up for a program called MusicNet 30 day trial, DO IT.
Basically it is like all those other pay to DL sites, and the choices may be a bit limited, but it is free for 30 days and all the songs they have you can also STREAM before the DL. A good way to hear a song instantly.
Other than this I would not recommend keeping the program, it is like $9 a month after the trial, and I think they have the audacity to charge you extra if you want to "burn a song" to CD, using their program. There is of a course a way around this, simply moving the DLed file from their folder into your own and then using your own program to burn it. I have realized that during the trial all I have to do is move all the song files into another folder and they will not "disappear" after the trial ends.

They only have In Absentia, which I ordered last week (finally haha)...
So far I've gotten almost all of Killing Joke "For Beginners" (GREAT album), they also have "Extremities, Dirt, & Various Repressed Emotions"...They have EVERYTHING by Skinny Puppy except the new one. A ton of classic rock, I am gonna be very busy for a long time because I only have dial-up
