I also have to go with the Early Motorhead days.Many songs too choose from,Ace of Spades,Bomber and my personal favorite Killed by Death.

I cant believe no one said DBC,Exciter,Metal Church or Suicidal Tendencies.
Also "Killing my business...and business is good",has many great riffs on it and so does "Ride the Lightning",& "Persistence of Time".

Indeed DBC, Excel, Crumbsuckers are also my choice for killer riff.
