I don't know about "funniest band name", but the funniest gig lineup I ever saw was:

" 'Beard' Supported by 'Chin'."

I still wonder if that was deliberate...

Indeed, The track on "Lachés Lousses #1" by Eric va aux toilettes was «Bloc de béton».
They're some other strange bands names on that comp: Valium et les dépressifs, Les Rex, Les Rektums, 3/4 Putains, Biberons bâtis...etc!

I had a friend too in this band. Not remembered exacltly but I think his name was Jim and he was doing Pownder (or something alike) fanzine! I used to tape-traded and writen for his fanzine (including a complete WWIII festival review)!
