My favo(u)rite show from when I was living in Oxford was "Armstrong and Miller". It wasn't on very long, but it was hilarious. Sketch comedy with an edge. A group of med-school students were visiting a university, and their teacher said "We are about to meet Dr. ______, the most famous cancer researcher in the world. Here he is now!" (Dr. ______ shuffles in, a short old guy with white hair) Students: Good morning, Dr. ______! Dr. _____: What's so fucking good about it? Student #1: Dr. ______, can you tell us about the cancer research you're doing? Dr. ______: What the fuck do you know about cannnncer, you fucks? I've been researching and studying this fucking disease since you were all in fucking diapers! Do you students honestly fucking think that you can achieve the fucking pinnacle of scientific research that I've fucking achieved? Good fucking luck! Students: (silence) Lots of nudity on "Armstrong and Miller", too. "They're rude, nude, and dangerous to know", said the commercial. -------------------- My head explodes, my ears ring, I can't remember just where I've been.

Little Britain's a bit too hit-and-miss and repetitive (that said, everyone knows a Vicky Pollard, right? ), and not really surreal enough for me. I much, much prefer Monkey Dust. Spaced was absolutely fucking hilarious, as was Big Train when it was on. I'm convinced that Simon Pegg can do no wrong whatsoever. Nick Frost's "Danger - 50,000 Volts" was good when it was on, too, even if it was on Channel Five. What else? Bremner, Bird and Fortune is a good satirical show, as is Have I Got News for You. Family Guy is the funniest cartoon series out there, got the whole lot on DVD.

I don't watch very much TV. I should say that I try not to watch very much TV. I can't stand most pop culture in general, so that makes 99.9% of all TV programming intollerable for me. The wife and kid love it though. The few shows I do really love, and actually make time for occasionally are:Trailer Park Boys (best Canadian show ever) The Daily Show Seinfeld Simpsons Monty Python's Flying Circus Dave The Barbarian (fucking hilarious cartoon) Desperate Housewives (I must admit, it's very addicting!) Law And Order (mostly the original and SVU) CSI (mostly Vegas - anything to do with Las Vegas I just love) Las Vegas (see above) WWE Raw (not lately though, it's pretty lame these days) There's several documentary/news shows on CBC I try to catch like The Passionate Eye, Rough Cuts, The Fifth Estate I dig science shows too, and documentaries on things like Ancient Times, World War 2, UFO's (not many good ones lately), Dinosaurs and Space. I also watch Arthur, even when the kid ain't arounds coz it's really funny.

I used to have the hots on big-time for the lady being carried by sweet Daisy - Miss Hollywood! Gosh, I spent many painful nights in my youth lusting for her! Checkout her two web sites: Web Kitten Wrestling Babe Mind you back in the day Miss Hollywood had this youthful innocence about her which I found irresistable. That and a very hot bod! -------------------- "Woah, ho, ho, and a pint of Hefeweizen!!!"
