Thx LivingEvil for the info.
Never heard 'bout Necro (without "S").
After some search on the net here's what I found.

  • Necro isnt a band , he is a sick rapper from brooklyn who rap about death, gore and violence.
  • before start rappin, necro was in a metal group called
"INJUSTICE" with his brother Ill Bill
  • he is the most rugged rapper on earth , his forums is full of metal fans , cause he is alot influenced by metal bands , all these metal collabos are fans of him.
  • The new NECRO album, "THE PRE-FIX FOR DEATH" In stores September 21ST
  • With Guests:
-Jamey JastaA & Sean Martin of HATEBREED
-#0 of Slipknot aka DJ Starscreams (Sid Wilson)
-Trevor Perez and John Tardy of OBITUARY
    -Away of VOIVOD
-Dan Lilker of NUCLEAR ASSAULT/S.O.D./BRUTAL TRUTH
-Lord Ezec aka Danny Diablo of SCARHEAD/CROWN OF THORNS
-Ill Bill, Sabac, MR.Hyde, & Goretex
+ Uncle Howie & Kid Joe
  • The album artwork done by the Legendary EDWARD J REPKA (He used to do most of the Combat released during mid 80s)

  • "Chasin The Dragon Video (Metal Version)" is available --> HERE. That it has jamey jasta and a picture of cliff burton

Well, the cover surely resembles Megadeth's "Peace Sells"!

--------------------

"Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it." (autothrall)

Yeah, me too!! Aside from the Beasties, I don't care for rap that much. But this could be happening.

Watched the video.
It's actually not too bad. Sounds like Trevor Peres played the riff in that one. It's got his rat-pedal distortion sound at least.

Hey, could someone please tell me where the mp3 's are at? I looked at that page and couldn't find anything. This is a whole new "dimension" I think for our chaospoet. Its like he's rediscovering his screet cred from the eighties, yo.
