Sometimes you might see mini-devils, in a parking lot or another open space.
Leaves, dust and trash blowing around in a circle...then calming down.
Usually happens on windy days.

I believe the above video to be real.
I have seen those before, although not quite as big as that one was.
They can be destructive, as you see, although not as bad as one in a thunderstorm.

Makes me want to run toward the middle of it while singing..."Tornado!...Tornado!..."
