First some delays in mastering, then something else, then the label thought it's not wise to release during the holiday season, then.... At some point Sean wrote something like "...OSI is gonna be released sooner. And everyone's and their dog's albums are gonna be released sooner. This album takes so long to be released it feels irrelevant to me" (IIRC). Let's hope there are no such "thens" this time.
Well, the first Black Sabbath was recorded by some talented guys in a mere couple of days, so I can't see why more than six months would be an aggressive schedule, get my point? Plus, it's Jason's own label, so this won't be a problem. Good news anyway, even better if the songs live up to the hype. *crossing fingers* -------------------- "Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it." "Dream Theater - 6 Degrees of Inner Turbulence" is a double CD. And it's got fscking copy-protection, so I couldn't rip the songs & put 'em on my mp3 player.Ah, but that's what Kazaa is for! The only tune on that album that's lame is "The Great Debate" a song about stem-cells. Ugh. -------------------- My head explodes, my ears ring, I can't remember just where I've been.
