ROLL THE BONES WAS GREAT!!!
Test For Echo should have been titled TEST FOR TALENT, because they forgot to bring it to the studio...I HATE THAT ALBUM and I've loved EVERYTHING Rush did until then...TOTAL BUMMER

I believe we've done this topic before, so I'll make my comments brief.
When I was an impressionable young lad and Metal ruled my life (as it still does to this day!) there was an album that destroyed all faith I had in my heroes. That album was Turbo. After the monster that was DOTF, this pap is the follow up? They looked like fucking glam fags and the music was hair metal! WTF?!? I was pissed off and tossed the album in the trash. I avoided Ram It Down but then Painkiller came out and...well, the Priest was back! Since then I've learned to accept and now even enjoy Turbo and RID. Ya gotta take 'em with a grain of salt. Priest are still my favorite band and probably always will be. Just coz they put out a few boners doesn't mean you should write them off totally.
Some other disappointments I can think of (but of course I still like the band):
Megadeth - Risk Iron Maiden - No Prayer For The Dying Ministry - Filth Pig Bad Religion - The New America

agreed! with landmarks such as Morbid Tales, To Mega Therion and Into the Pandemonium - no less-, they should not have much left to prove as to their talent and creativity...
I'm waiting for the next morbid record to come out, soon...
