Some of these bands are on there, i assume, to give a fan's viewpoint. Not necessarely because they're "metal" themselves. Besides, by having those newer bands on there, i'll generate more interest from the younger demographic, so they'll be exposed to - for instance - Overkill.

Don't be so short sighted.

I like Kittie, actually.
There, I said it.
Fuck off.

Hmmm....I can honestly say I have never heard Coroner before! Thanks for the offer, though. I don't wear clothes that advertise, either. Some say I wear too much black! What? On Monday, I wore this nice ice-blueish colored top and some khaki capri(?) pants and everyone at work was "wow, you look nice today" hoping they wouldn't offend me since I normally look like shit, I guess

Trust me - do yourself a favor and seek them out. I'm sure a few others on this board would agree with me when I say that they put out some of the best, coolest, darkest, weirdest metal of the mid-t0-late 80's and early 90's.

Oh man, you can bet I'm going to be watching this documentary!!! Godsmack and Disturbed giving commentary about 80's thrash metal!!! Boy, you don't get better than that.

And yes, I am shortsighted. Cause I don't give a fuck whether the kids today dig that old music or not.

Might be good for a laugh. Like Slipknot who say they were 'heavily influenced' by Death.

Fuck. Off. Please.

Ah. An explanation from Emlyn, who uncovered my dark secret.
