Now it's on my list of MUST BUY. Recomended to all!
I love this album! Totally! NP: Alice Cooper - Billion Dollar Babies -------------------- "Appearing like Ra"

ANTHRAX - Worship Music Terrific, already high on my best-of-the-year list. First day buyer! -------------------- "Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it." Spinning the new ANTHRAX which KILLZ!!!!The new Levin - Torn - White album is impressive. White sounds more like Bruford because of the jazz vibe in most of his drumming on this album Still enjoying the new Chili Peppers disc, and it's not so vulgar that I can't play it at work while the store's open. Giving the new Dream Theater another spin and a closer listen. First impressions were good. I have a feeling Portnoy might have given up his meal ticket, although I'm sure he's got enough $$$ stashed away where he can just do side projects and have fun for the rest of his life; but, I wonder if he'll ever be in another band that will be as successful as Dream Theater. -------------------- yawn

Just finished watching ELO: Out Of The Blue - Live at Wembley 1978 concert dvd while running on my treadmill. In the 70's ELO was one of the first bands I really got into and played the shit out of the OUT OF THE BLUE album, had the posters that came in the album on my wall and had the cool cardboard spaceship that you punch out and put together hanging from my ceiling. So it was fun watching this old footage and the sounds was corrected from the original release that was suppose to have been all over dubbed in the studio which it made it look like the band was lip syncing; although I must say the low end was mixed way too loud, and since I didn't want to stop running, I couldn't adjust the sound to be able to enjoy it more. Anthrax's Worship Music is still getting major spins. Definitely my favorite of all the music that's come out recently. Who else's copy only has 11 of the 13 tracks listed on the back cover? They left off track 6 & 9 which are Hymn 1 & Hymn 2. -------------------- yawn

It's lame as hell. After all this time I was certainly expecting something a lot better than this. The lyrics are just amateurish, and Eddie doesn't even really do anything exciting. I'm hoping for the album to have better tunes, because if this is the best they can do, it'll collect dust along with VH3 (VanExtreme). Sammy & Mike are definitely groovin' and rockin' and havin' a lot more fun in Chickenfoot. Lately I've been spinning the 2 Animals As Leaders cds and still enjoying the hell out of Bill Ward's first album (that came out years and years ago) that I finally picked up a few months ago, and seem to pull off the shelf all the time. -------------------- yawn
