ZZ Top will finally release their much delayed new album on September 8 in the UK. It’s called ‘Mescalero’.

Good to see that the bearded Texans are finally paying dues to the inspirational Mezcalhead. 'Cause ev'ry gurls crazy 'bout that sharp dressed man.

Yeah, back in the seventies when Sister Exhange was touring Texas on our "Suck the Power" tour, we had a roadie named Billy. We had rescued him from some shithole called Dallas(matter of fact, that's also where we picked up a new drummer by the name of Kula). Anyway, the guy kept picking up my guitar and looking at it. Now this guy's only job was to make me crown and gingers. The poor bastard couldn't do anything right it seemed, except mix one hell of a drink. So one night before the show, after he'd served me my sixth, I sat down with Billy and taught him a few licks. Well, look where he is now.....and it took him this long to remember his teacher.
