VOIVOD Members Perform At Benefit Concert For War Victims In Iraq - May 26, 2003
VOIVOD drummer Away (a.k.a. Michel Langevin) and guitarist Piggy (a.k.a. Denis D'Amour) appeared at a benefit concert for war victims in Iraq last Wednesday (May 21).The event, dubbed BOMB (Best Of Montreal Bands), took place at Montreal's Café Campus and featured the VOIVOD duo performing four songs — including three SEX PISTOLS covers ("Holiday In The Sun", "Bodies" and "Submission") — with the "glam rock" band POXY.
