The bands of my dreams already exist: PORCUPINE TREE KING CRIMSON VOIVOD (preferably with Blacky) PEARL JAMI woundn't change anything about them, the members are perfect together...I know, it's a cop-out answer...oh well. Everytime I think of a great singer, I pick the guys he's played with, when I think of a great guitarist, I think of the singers that are in their band...isn't that why there together? Okay I'll try it anyway, for a total experimental band of people that have never worked together (and probably never will): MIKE PATTON - Vocals (and crazy shit on stage) ROBERT FRIPP - Guitar, loops, sounds you don't he's even making, and to sit on the stool in case you need something to focus on while Patton is going insane PIGGY - Guitar (I'd love to hear him improv with Fripp) CHRIS MAITLAND - Drums and percussion backing vocals CHRIS SQUIRE - Bass

Can I choose two bands?First would be Snake, Blacky, Piggy, Away by the time of Nothingface (after all, the idea is of a band I would never see). The other is Motörhead, circa '83, minus Phil Taylor, plus Mikkey Dee. Imagine this, Lemmy, Robbo and Mikkey Dee, for Christ's sake!
