Hey Slaytanic... I mentioned Stained Class. Love that album. It's their last perfect record IMO.

I also mentioned Stained Class, as a must have JP record. It's certainly not forgotten in my collection...Beyond the Realms of Death...you'd be hard pressed to find a better well written song on anything they released after this album...brilliant.

That's true, you and schroeder mentioned that album.What I actually wanted to point is that the majority of the people here seemed to forget what a monster of an album it is. And schroeder is damn right (as always - will you ever be wrong on any subject??? ), "Beyond the realms of death" alone is worth the album.

Only thing I disagree, Nate, is 'bout the 'last perfect album' quote. Perfect? Sure. Last one? Err... What about Unleashed, British Steel, Screaming, Defenders, Painkiller?

Anything with Rob on vocals is worth, even Turbo and Ram It Down, IMHO.

BTW, I'm curious. This thread started 'cause Mezcal wanted some suggestions on what Priest CD to buy.

So, Mez, did you get any? Which ones? And, most of all, what are your impressions?

I suggested STAINED CLASS also. "Saints
in Hell" & "Better by You, Better than Me'
are seriously underrated Priest classics.
