Devin Townsend - Ocean MachineDevin Townsend - Terria Satyricon - Volcano Eidolon - Nightmare World I'm really disappointed in the Eidolon. The sampler tracks I have are cool, but this album is pretty bland. I should have known it was gonna blow when I found out the drummer wrote the enitre thing except for one acoustic instrumental. The riffing is pretty good - Glen Drover is a wicked player, but why doesn't he write more? The big problem - The singer ruins it. He can sing, but like 2 or 3 notes and that's it. Some more melody in the vocal lines would make this a 7/10, but because of the crappy singing I'm giving it a 4.

Long time no see people!Didn't buy that many stuff lately: SATYRICON - Volcano SAVATAGE - Sirens (Silver Edition) KRAFTWERK - Trans Europe Express ENSLAVED - Isa NILE - Ithyphallic ...and that's it, I think. -------------------- "Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it." Good to see you man. What do you think of ISA? I think its one of the most important metal albums to be released in the last ten years. The songs are so well crafted, . For some frigging reason I totally missed their last tour. It actually came within a 100 miles of my city...which is a miracle really.
