Got a few items over the last few weeks...Bruce Dickinson - Accident Of Birth Bruce Dickinson - Skunkworks Bruce Dickinson - Tattooed Millionaire Venom - Possessed (remaster) At The Gates - Slaughter Of The Soul (remaster) Rush - Moving Pictures (remaster) Cannibal Corpse - Gallery Of Suicide Brutal Truth - Sounds From The Animal Kingdom Catherine Wheel - Ferment W.A.S.P. - The Headless Children Mercyful Fate - 9 Dio - Strange Highways Not disappointed with any of them, although Tattooed Millionaire is a pretty weak rock album. Accident Of Birth fucking rules though. I feel so left out coz I never heard anything by At The Gates until about 2 weeks ago. I downloaded Blinded By Fear and rushed out to get this album. Fucking incredible. I can't believe I never got into these guys before. I mean, I've been listening to "Gothenburg Melodic Death" for about 6 years now! The Catherine Wheel was a nice find at my local used shop. Now the only CDR left to replace is Chrome (my personal fave by them). Any other Catherine Wheel fans here?

ha! Magma - K.A [Kontarkosz Anteria] I haven't heard much of what they've done in the last 20 years (but I've seen them live once, haha!) I think the 73-82 period was their best (MDK, Uüdüü Wüüdüü, Retrospektiw...) and this new album looks and sounds totally connected to it. Highly recommended! Kreator - Enemy of God [+ DVD] Cryptopsy - And Then You'll Beg Necrophagist - Epitaph Intruder - Live to Die... Relived - hellionrecords.de
Martyr - Warp Zone Skepticism - the process of farmakon EP [a bit short and not very exciting at 1st impression, 'Lead and Aether' was better] Cave In - Until Your Heart Stops vinyl: Cancer - Black Faith Bad Brains - Rebel in the City [live at Max's Kansas City, NY 02/79]

Lately:SATYRICON - Nemesis Divina; MASTODON - Remission (from the bye bye CDR series); And my most important acquisition of the decade yet, which my dearly beloved presented me this weekend (it's not a CD, but whatever, it's godly): THE GODFATHER DVD boxset. Aaaaaaaaaaaah. -------------------- "Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it."
