Ahhh... A couple of 'freebies' came in the mail yesterday. (actually $5.99 for shipping from BMG; still a helluva bargain) 1. Igor Stravinsky - The Rite of Spring & Firebird Suite - Leonard Bernstein Conducts These are two of the greatest 20th Century compositions, conducted by a true master in his own right. Highly recommended to all. 2. Rush - Hemispheres (Remastered) Other than 'The Trees' and 'La Villa Strangiato', I have not heard this album in over 10 years. I am really looking forward to re-acquainting with it from a new perspective. A brief report will be forthcoming...

Got a super-duper kick-ass haul today... Morbid Angel - Covenant
Strapping Young Lad - City Riot - Sons Of Society Emperor - Reverence (EP) Amorphis - The Karelian Isthmus Music from the short film "Man Alone" by Talent Show Finalist The last one is a buudy of mine. He did the soundtrack for this short that his old bass player is doing. Incredible ambient stuff.
