LMFAO Say what ya want about Vedder but he can sing, write, and play with a lot more energy style and groove than AiC has been doing. The new album is boring and redundant. Unlike this (which has balls, guts, groove, aggression, and just fuckin kicks ass): MIND YOUR MANNERS -------------------- yawn

I'm still waiting for my remastered vinyls of RED, Lizard, and In The Wake of Poseidon to arrive. Yesterday I dropped a small fortune on the preorders of The Road To RED (24 disc box set), RED double disc version, USA (40th Anniversary remaster cd), Larks Tongue In Aspic (remastered vinyl) at the DGM online store. I have realized my addiction has no cure, so fuck, I'm buying music like my life depends on it. I also preordered Faith No MOre "Album of the Year" on vinyl, along with a shit load of other cool cds and records from Amazon, eBay, and who knows where else!!! If I wasn't so organised, neat, and clean I'd be a hoarder. -------------------- yawn

I saw this coming, haha, after knowing you read the book and all, which was pretty superb. The co-author/editor guy was really good about asking the hard questions during the "interventions", plus he was good at spelling lol. After reading about the labour Al went thru on the first Lard album (well EP), doing four tracks of stuff then condensing it to one, then doing that 4 more times, that's a lot of crap haha, I had to bust it out and crank it up! They'd better remaster that mofo in 5.1, it would only do justice! --------------------

Yeah, I realized I had a few holes to fill in my Ministry collection. I'm still not interested in those first 2 releases when Al was more into synth pop, but looking forward to the new album and the live Wacken show on cd & dvd. After hearing the Buck Satan samples, I wasn't encouraged to buy it even with the killer line up of players. -------------------- yawn

Saw that post of yours and couldn't resist... Wynton Marsalis - Joe Cool's Blues Always loved those wonderful songs from the cartoon!!! -------------------- "Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it."
