Nice booklet and good sound for only $11.99 brand new. Totally worth it.... ...and the cover art for Open The Gates just rules! -------------------- I am a robot... bleep blop bloop

Iron Maiden Dance of Death.Being a fan of the older work,i did not know this album was so damned good!! I read somewhere this album is in the top 5 of all maiden albums voted by fans. So I bought it for just €8, what do you think, shall I continue with buying virtual XI and Death on the Road? -------------------- trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr

I originally hated DANCE OF DEATH when I first bought it, but now I love it. Watching it performed live on the Death on the Road concert dvd changed my mind, and Pashendale alone makes it worth the price... fuckin' epic tune.Avoid at all costs Virtual XI, and The X Factor... Blaze just sucks IMHO. They would have done better to get DiAnno back in the band after Bruce left or convinced John Arch to join (that would have been incredible). Ever since Dickinson rejoined they just keep evolving, and everything they have released since his return is worth picking up. -------------------- yawn

A bit late to the party but I LOVE Dance of Death. I never understood all the hate towards it. Having seen Maiden live on that tour performing Paschendale, journeyman and face in the sand may have something to do w/it. I love the big epic vibe it has. I really enjoy this proggy thing they're doing now: it's not instant gratification at all, but once it grows on you, it's quite enjoyable. BTW, my latest CD purchase: Memory Garden - "Tides" -------------------- ...I wish I knew the one who knows..

Agreed! It's been the one eluding me for years and having this just about wraps up the Cryptopsy collection... I will not be buying the Unspoken King, haha. Couldn't help myself and took another pass on the way home from work today and found these... - Napalm Death: Leaders Not Followers 2 - Sadus: Chemical Exposure - Sacrifice: The Ones I Condemn [deluxe edition] - Spiritual Beggars: Demons [w/Live in Japan bonus disc] - Warpig: s/t album [reissue on Relapse Records] And that concludes my CD budget for the time being, haha. -------------------- I am a robot... bleep blop bloop

Damn nice finds XD. Ya gotta love when metal heads turn moron and think by finding God they can't enjoy great music anymore. DUMBFUCKS!!! Their loss is our gain.Vince (aka MMM), that sounds like a fun night of music. I have to be in the right mood for the Gabriel years of Genesis. That early material takes a lot of listening to for me to get into it and enjoy it; but the more I do the more I like it. It's kinda like the last Iron Maiden album "The Final Frontier"... which I actually think is too long, and oddly enough I probably might enjoy it more if the same songs were spaced out on 2 cds giving it a break 1/2 through might help because it seems to drag a bit in that proggy kind of way. However the more I listen to it the more I enjoy it... I just get a bit bored towards the end of it. I tend to listen to the middle period of Genesis the most. A couple albums after Peter left but before they became a little too commercial friendly (although I find myself enjoy those songs a lot more now, since I don't hear them that often anymore). I probably spin DUKE more than any of the other ones. Recently in the mail: GENESIS - When in Rome 2007 3 dvd set -------------------- yawn
