I do not like the mall... and found this in the FYE used bin for $5. Then we went to the Disney Store, haha.... she's only 3 after all and calls everything I listen to "too much noise, daddy!" - Sunn 0))): Monoliths & Dimensions Seems pretty cool. I like Sunn 0))), but not a band I'd say I listen to all the time. Still, I try to keep up with them on a semi-regular basis and find this one to be fairly diverse.
Haha, cool. My oldest son is an Iron Maiden addict. My youngest son can handle this and also Metallica and stuff, but Meshuggah is too damn loud for the rest of the family although they get to hear it now and then... Fuck.. Jens his voice is getting more and more brutal!! It is just that, what they do not like. Sunn 0))). I saw them at the Roadburn last year without knowing them before and was pretty much blow away. Never found anyone to share the love for this kind of music though. Thank you sir for letting me know you also dig this. Now I can proove I am not the only one... hahahaha -------------------- trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr

Haha, that's awesome Paul! I've had similar luck with my son Aidan (now 8 years old), who has somehow connected heavily with Motorhead, so much so that my wife and I took him to see them last year. He doesn't like the really crazy stuff like Slayer or Meshuggah, so I try to take it easy on him, haha. Funny though, he recently put a Triptykon sticker of mine on his toybox, right next to R2-D2. Took these home today. - Black Sabbath: Live Evil [2008 reissue, 2-discs] - Bongzilla: Stash & Methods For Obtaining Extreme Altitudes [reissue] - Earthride: Something Wicked - Edge Of Sanity: Crimson II - Eloy: Rarities - Saint Vitus: V - The Tea Party: Interzone Mantras -------------------- I am a robot... bleep blop bloop

I just opened up the booklet and found out this is a Japanese issue and is autographed by Dave Lombardo... what a great purchase!!!
Had a chance to finally listen to this entire disc and it will probably be the only time I do listen it... it's just CRAP. For all the talent that is in this band: Lombardo, Chuck Schuldner, Mille Petrozza, Waldemar Sorychta... it's the assumed leader and singer Phillip Boa that ruin this entire project. The vocals and lyrics and just plain shit with nothing really original and nothing that really stands out as something i want to hear again or nothing that blew me away. I wish Boa wouln't have been part of this and just had Mille singing and writting the lyrics. At least the Lombardo autograph makes this worth having in my collection... I guess.

Haha, this albume is notorious for being bad despite the first-class musicians involved. Boa must have had some clout to pull these guys in... though, I guess none of them had a lot going on in 1995, heh. Picked these up today... - Meshuggah: Koloss [2-disc deluxe edition] - Nevermore: Into The Mirror Black - Unida/Dozer: Split EP The new Meshuggah is pretty crazy! I like it! -------------------- I am a robot... bleep blop bloop
