Destruction - All hell broke loose Destruction - Metal DischargeI had high hopes on both of them but after a short listen they don't do it for me. I was kind of expecting heavy thrash rhythms like in the old days (Eternal Devestation and infernal overkill) but they sound different to me. Oh well €10,- for 2 promo's isnn't that expencive... -------------------- trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr ta trrrrr

I've pretty much loved EVERYTHING Overkill has released (a few songs here and there have been weak), and this one is no exception. Good old fashion speed thrash metal with that nasty New Jersey twist. I'd have to say Overkill has been the most consistant American metal thrash band that has been been around since the early days, and never really had much of a lapse between records, and never ventured to far from what they do best. Everyone's saying this is their best record in many years, but I enjoyed Immortalis just as much as this. Maybe there is a bit more spark, a little more power, a more urgent need to kill on IRONBOUND, but to me it's just another awesome OVERKILL album. BUY IT -------------------- yawn

Got on my mail:Please Please Me With The Beatles Help! Revolver Sgt. Peppers White Album Let It Be Past Masters And finished my Beatles remasters collection. The box was too expensive, I spent less than half the money on separate CDs! -------------------- "Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it." Man that BLOWS the box is so expensive down there, I even ripped myself off by getting it through amazon.com but I needed it delivered by Christmas and that was the only way really. At least you got all the albums, I don't think there's even a booklet or anything like that in the box so it's the same exact shit, just no "box" hahaha. Cheers! --------------------
