Great acquisition. I think the concert featured on this DVD is far superior from the "Revisioned Glory" ones. Maybe it's because imo "Enemy of God" is much better than the previous one. -------------------- "Forty-five moments of perfection translated through a cautionary escape into the perils of the mundane, the inherent entropy in ultimate order, and the potential threats of eternal, unchecked apathy in civilization; all cloaked in musical expression so thoughtful, creative and forward thinking that almost a quarter-century later, few can even comprehend it, much less match it." The Old Grandad was for me....thanks for saving me the shipping! By the way, we purchased it from Aquarius Records in the Mission, and here is the review from their website: OLD GRANDAD Hocus Corpus (Double Down) cd 12.98 Hocus Corpus really threw us for an unexpected loop! This sure ain't the Old Grandad of, errr, old! The most noticeable revamp of this veteran Bay Area metal band is in the vocals department. They're incorporating multiple styles that range from very Voivod-y to British goth to the good ol' death metally growl we expect from 'em. We think fans of this band will like this though. ...not sure about the Voivod-y vocals, but there are some Voivod influences in Erik's guitar (also on past records)....anyway, ya'll should check them out. I also got in the mail.... Coolbone: Brass Hop Victims Family: White Bread Blues, which includes the awesome Things I Hate to Admit record!

Nice! How's the new No-Man...I know, I know....still very gay bathhouse-esque, eh? I still love them though. If I would stop spending all of my $$$ on concerts and t-shirts and BEER, maybe someday I will be able to afford another big order from Burning Shed. -------------------- What the fuck is wrong with drinking tea?
