You know the
word “ supergroup” ? Well, there is not
a more accurate word to describe the band Black
Cloud. For this special night
only and as a tribute to the Thrash Metal music of the 80’s, you will be able
to see and hear Jean-Yves “Blacky” Thériault of Voïvod on bass, Pierre Rémillard (Obliveon) on guitar, Daniel Mongrain (Martyr) on guitar, Florent Mounier (Cryptopsy) on drums, Patrick Mireault (Ghoulunatics)
on vocals as well as Marc Vaillancourt (B.A.R.F.) who will join the band for a
few songs.
It
will be your chance to witness this extraordinary reunion of these famous
Quebec musicians and to see them perform live classics by METALLICA, SLAYER,
VENOM, CELTIC FROST and VOÌVOD to name a few.

Based in the
Trois-Rivières region, this quartet has just released their second album “
Instigators Of Chaos” on Galy Records.
Since their beginning in 1993, Horfixion
has given many concerts and is now well known as one of the main players on the
Quebec Metal scene.
Their music
could be described as an interesting brand of 80’s Thrash Metal mixed with a bit
of technical Death Metal and a very actual sound. So, the fans of the band will be more than happy to see them back
in Montreal. Please note that we will
be able to see Patrice Hamelin (Martyr)
on drums for this occasion.
The members of ASHES OF EDEN, Mike Rochford – Vocals, Andy Kerr – Guitar, Armen Apekian – Guitar, Munsoor Khan - Guitar, Dano Apekian – Bass and Tim Jacobs – Drums have just finished recording their first demo. The band should do the official launch at the Thrashback concert. It will give us the chance to hear what this band has to offer.

with a lot of experience behind them.
Formed in 1988, LAST BREATH is still going stronger and stronger every
day. Their first album “Ashes To Ashes”
released in 1994 was very well received by all fans of quality Thrash Metal
music. And in this case, Last Breath has something new to offer
to the genre so don’t miss this !
